High strength roll wrapped carbon fibre tube with a glossy, woven carbon fibre finish making them a great choice for a huge range of both structural and cosmetic applications including drones, UAVs, camera rigs, automation, tripods, lightweight structures and much more.
This tube has an outside diameter (OD) of 25mm and an inside diameter (ID) of 23mm, resulting in a 1mm wall thickness and is manufactured using alternating layers of high strength unidirectional carbon fibre running length-ways down the tube for stiffness and at 90° around the tube to provide hoop strength and resilience to crush, burst and torsional loads. Externally the tube is finished with a smooth, UV stable clear coat showing off the classic appearance of its 2x2 twill woven carbon fibre outer layer.

With the classic appearance of 2/2 twill carbon fibre coupled with 100% roll-wrapped prepreg carbon fibre construction, these remarkable tubes look as good as they perform.
The tube listed on this page has an outside diameter of 25mm and an inside diameter of 23mm meaning that it has a wall thickness of 1mm making it particularly suited to weight critical applications such as larger UAVs and multicopters. As an alternative we also carry a 25mm(22mm) Woven Finish Carbon Fibre Tube where the thicker 1.5mm wall thickness is better suited to heavier duty applications such as tripods and boat tiller extensions.
25mm OD is a common size for arms on larger quadcopter/multicopter airframes meaning that the tube is compatible with a range of existing saddles and fittings designed for this diameter tube.
This diameter tube is ideally suited to a wide range of applications such as radio controlled models (wing joiners for planes), UAVs, quadcopters/multi-rotors.
