Refund policy

All Nitro Composites products are made to order and produced to customer specifications and/or personalised requirements.

For this reason, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply. Once your order has been placed and accepted, you are not entitled to cancel, return, or receive a refund simply due to a change of mind.

If you request a cancellation before production has started, this may be approved at our discretion. In such cases, you will remain liable for any non-refundable payment processing fees, including Shopify transaction fees.

Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
