Our full in house manufacturing facilities allow us to make almost anything from carbon fibre.
Bespoke race seats can be produced to your specifications and can be an important part of your build if off the shelf seats are not a viable option.
Seat fitting:
- Liquid expanding foam body forming to find the perfect shape
- 3D scanning in order to transfer to CAD
- Pattern design from scan ready to machine
- Machine pattern from tooling board
- Mould produced
- Final part produced
For one off parts, we may choose to machine the mould and skip the pattern.
