All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable and may include VAT depending on your location and local regulations. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.

3. Production

All products are made to order. Once production has started, cancellations or refunds cannot be guaranteed. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible, but this is not assured.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

Nitro Composites is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before production begins. If a cancellation is approved, you will be liable for any non-refundable payment processing fees, including transaction fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted where items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your order has already entered production, a refund cannot be guaranteed. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

7. Liability

Nitro Composites shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
