Learn to work with carbon fibre and use advanced composites manufacturing techniques such as vacuum resin infusion and 'prepreg' carbon fibre. As we are a composites component manufacturer ourselves, we offer a hands on approach to composites manufacturing. 

During your course, you will be offered unique guidance and insight into your own projects and ideas, with a practical approach from the people who do it day in, day out. We know how to make just about anything in carbon fibre, with all the dos and don'ts along the way. 

No previous composites experience is needed at all. All are welcome, from complete beginners. If you are looking to improve on your skills, come to test our knowledge, or get in touch about a bespoke and even more advanced course. 

Focus - Vacuum Resin Infusion and 'Prepreg' Techniques

• Day 1 - Introduction followed by vacuum resin infusion - Produce a carbon fibre component with vacuum resin infusion
• Day 2 - Prepreg carbon fibre - Produce a carbon fibre component with prepreg carbon fibre 
• Day 3 - Trimming & finishing with extensive Q&A -  Finish your components produced on days 1 & 2.   

• Product design to manufacture for composite components 
• Pattern/plug and mould/tool making
• Consultancy/problem solving on existing projects 
• Composite repair
